Chemical spill kits, or hazchem kits, are designed for cleaning up spills of aggressive chemicals or unknown liquids, including acids, bases, solvents, oils, fuels, and pesticides.

These hazchem wheelie bin kits are ideal for workshops, warehouses, chemical plants, and schools, especially in areas where chemicals are stored, handled, or spilled.

Poly chemical absorbents are inert, dust-free, and can absorb up to 20 times their weight. They are color-coded pink for easy identification. Each wheelie bin kit includes spill kit instructions.

Actual absorbent capacity will vary depending on the liquid viscosity, specific gravity and temperature. Hazchem absorbents in our chemical spill kits are made from polypropylene (which has a high absorbent capacity). Poly absorbents can absorb up to 20x their own weight in liquid by encapsulating the liquid within the polypropylene’s fine fibres.
