Billing Terms & Conditions

These billing terms and conditions (“Billing Terms”) apply (unless otherwise previously agreed in writing) to the supply of Goods by Titan Safety to a customer. Please contact our Support Team for more information regarding billing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via the following methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • AMEX

  • PayPal

  • Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer or EFT).

Credit Card Payments

Titan Safety does not pass on any bank surcharge for the use of debit or credit cards.

Payment Terms

  • Payment in full is required prior to the delivery of goods, unless agreed prior to sale.
  • Default payments due under this agreement shall immediately become due and payable by the customer within seven (7) days of the date of demand. Titan Safety shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 15% per annum on all overdue accounts from the date of due payment until the date of actual payment.
  • Any costs incurred by Titan Safety in recovering outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs shall be paid by the customer.
  • The customer acknowledges that the goods supplied by Titan Safety remain the property of Titan Safety until payment is received in full.
