Can you deliver to residential addresses?

Most commercial shippers charge a surcharge for residential deliveries. Please advise us in advance if your order is being delivered to a residential address. The freight surcharge will added to your invoice and must be paid in full before the delivery process commences.


Do I need a forklift to accept goods?

Please note that orders heavier than 15kg exceed accepted manual handling standards and will be delivered on a pallet. This represents our entire Safety Cabinet and Spill Kit range (in addition to orders of mixed goods). It is your responsibility to ensure that you have access to a forklift to receive you order (where it is over 15kg).

We can arrange a tail lift truck for you (at additional charge), which will lower the pallet to ground level. In order to move your goods, you will require a pallet jack (or similar) to unload your items. This is also your responsibility. The freight surcharge must be paid in full before the delivery process commences.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is free, for orders over $500 delivered to the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. For any metro orders under $500 there is a $50 delivery fee.

For orders to be shipped to regional areas the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) and the distance between the delivery address and the nearest warehouse location.


How quickly will you dispatch my order?

Once an order is received it will de dispatched the next day or the same day where possible. 


Can I update or edit my order?

Please send us an email at sales@titansafety.com.au with your order number and our team will get back to you as soon possible and assist with updating your order. 


Do I have to sign for my order?

Deliveries must be received and signed by a person at the delivery address. We are unable to leave goods unattended. 


Can I return and refund my order?

Product returns and refunds are not accepted without prior written consent from Titan Safety because:

  • Dimensions of all goods available to purchase are clearly visible on the website.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to know the specifications of the products required and to ensure that the products purchased are fit for purpose.
  • In particular, our range of dangerous goods cabinets are made to order, according to the customers instructions and can not be returned or refunded.
  • Businesses have the responsibility to know their site and storage requirements.
  • If returns are accepted by Titan Safety with prior written consent the cost of returning the items will be at the customers expense.


Can I return faulty or damaged goods?

If goods are faulty upon delivery they can be returned and replaced if our customer service team are notified within 5 business days of receipt of delivery. The customer service team can be notified via email (sales@titansafety.com.au) , including photographic evidence of the fault. A replacement item or part shall be issued by Titan Safety as soon as possible.

Can I pay for my order with PayPal?

Titan Safety accepts PayPal and GPay as express checkout methods. In addition we also accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.
