Aerosolv® 7000 Super Aerosol Can Recycling System

The Aerosolv® 7000 Super aerosol can recycling system is a safe, efficient, and portable solution for recycling spent aerosol cans.

Building on the features of the original Aerosolv® Standard System, it delivers enhanced vapor reduction, simplified usage tracking, and improved security. Its colorimetric carbon filter clearly indicates when saturation has been reached, ensuring timely replacement.

How does it work?

There are three separate components to the Aerosolv® aerosol can recycling system: The puncturing unit, the anti-static grounding wire and the combination filter.

The puncturing unit easily fits onto the bung of a standard 205L drum. When inserted properly the shoulder of the aerosol can seals against the tight surface. A simple pull of the hale pierces the can – leaving it safe to then handle and recycle.

The grounding wire prevents any static build up providing  extra worker safety.

The contents are dispersed to the receiving drum; the particulate laden propellant is coalesced in the first stage of the Aerosolv® filter providing propellant flow through the Carbon cartridge.

Lightweight and power-free, the system can be used anywhere within your facility. A lockout and shut-off mechanism securely seals both the system and the drum when not in use, preventing hazardous vapor escape and meeting OSHA requirements.

With its built-in counter, it also supports compliance with ISO 14001 environmental management programs. The Aerosolv® 7000 Super comes complete with a combination coalescing/saturation-indicating carbon filter, padlock with key, anti-static ground wire with C-clamp, and safety goggles.
