Lithium-ion Battery Charging Cabinets

These lithium battery charging cabinets are used to safely store and charge lithium-ion batteries in the workplace.  Our cabinets are available with either 8 or 24 charging outlets and an in-built containment sump.

If the temperature of lithium-ion batteries gets too high it significantly increases the chances of combustion and fires. These lithium battery charging cabinets offer a secure charging and storage space and will contain and protect the batteries in the event of a fire. 

Additional Safety features included is a double wall construction with 40mm thermal barrier for added protection in the event of a workplace fire, self-closing doors fitted with adjustable hydraulic door closure and a lockable door for added security.

These lithium battery charging cabinets include:

• Fitted with two exhaust fans - one to draw in cool and and one to extract hot air inside the cabinet, therefore cooling the batteries
• 3 Pin Flat 15 Amp Appliance inlet 250V
• In-built shelves to store charging outlets

• Self-closing doors fitted with adjustable hydraulic door closure
• Flush mount handle with key lock
• Internal spill containment bund with suspended perforated floor to capture any potential leaks of electrolyte

• Adjustable screw-in feet allow the cabinet to be elevated to minimise corrosion or for leveling on uneven surfaces.
